Shipping fine, product fine, blades fine, all fine but: hexkey MISSING! how do I get it?

I've never owned a sawzall before, and was unsure what to expect. I've used it so far exclusively for chopping off branches from a tree, and then chopping them up; by 'branches' I mean some which are more than a foot thick. I bought a set of blades to go with it, but so far I have only used the one which came with the sawzall.
My experience so far:
Pros:
- It just keeps going. I know I've been cutting branches theoretically too thick for it, and yet it has just kept going, and done the job.
- It really does keep going. And going. Longer than I can!
- The blade has kept going too, after hours of use it seems no duller than when I started. I've read things about sawzall blades easily breaking but mine has taken a lot of abuse and never complained.
Cons:
- It gets hot, but that's understandable. Wear gloves (you should anyway for safety!) to grip the rubber front end for long usage.
- It took more effort on my part than I expected, it can be quite the exercize to use! But I've learned a few tricks along the way, such as letting the foot rest on the branch to cut down on vibration, moving the blade back and forth while cutting to help the sawdust out of the cut, etc.

I needed a replacement fast. This was a very good purchase. Shipping was very quick. The product worked great right out of the box. It was a replacement for a different brand. Milwaukee makes a very good tool. So far its great with treated and untreated wood and cutting out nails and screws.

It's always good to know what tools the pros use, but ... what about the rest of us? I like knowing which brands the pros chose for reliability but still wasn't sure what to get. A search on saws brings up a confusingly large number of choices. The decision was made because this saw weighed less than the others with similar power and because it was plug-in instead of cordless. If you aren't using something all the time, batteries lose power & the tool is never ready when you are.
When the box came, it was larger than I expected. I thought of returning it unopened and went back to search Amazon for smaller saws. Did I really need that much power? Turns out the answer is yes. Opened it this morning. Took it out of the case. Looked at the manual long enough to figure out have been able to cut that easily. The saw is easier to handle than a circular saw, and even with puny me holding it, cuts cleanly and quickly.
So with all those choices out there, it's always hard to determine how much power you need vs. how easy is it to use a tool. Over-powered is just as bad a decision as under-powered because you pay more for something you really don't need. This saw seems to fit the middle ground quite perfectly. The only problem is now I want to tear down my walls.

Dewalt used to be myt favorite but I bought a Bosch combo pack, and couldn't be happier. Milwaukee tools and Bosch blades; great together. Then again, anything with Bosch blades Milwaukee still makes great tools. I've heard some of their new stuff is hecho en Mexico, but this one's still made in the the usa.. Even being the smaller of their Sawzalls, it's still powerful enough to get through 2x6s and 3-4 diameter tree branches with ease, when you choose the appropriate blades.
